Blount County Humane Society
and the No Kill Philosophy.

12:30pm - Knoxville Police Department Search and Recovery Team, Bloodhound Unit- Bloodhound demonstration. Meet the police officers and pet an official Police Bloodhound!

1:00pm - 3:00pm - Maryville Fire Department Fire Engine and SPARKY the Fire Dog. Fireman's hats and badges for the kids!... Thanks Sparky!

Directions to Critter Fest
 

From the Knoxville Airport,

Go SOUTH on US-129 S/ AIRPORT HWY/ ALCOA HWY.  Go RIGHT at the fork just past the airport, and continue to follow US-129 to the 4th traffic light. 

Turn LEFT onto W LAMAR ALEXANDER PKWY/ US-321 N  (Shoney's is on the corner).  Go 1.3 miles 

Just past the  BROADWAY intersection,  turn RIGHT on to Montvale Rd.  Go .06 miles.

Turn RIGHT on to Montvale Station Rd.  Go approximately 1/2 mile  (Victory Baptist church is on this corner)

Look for "Pearson Springs Park" sign on the right, and turn right.  (located just past the Texaco station on the left)

 

From West Broadway, Vonore, Greenback,  travel on 411 (West Broadway) and turn RIGHT on to Sandy Springs Rd (Exxon on the corner) , go approximately 2 miles, turn LEFT on to Montvale Station Rd, and park is approximately 1/2 mile on the left.

 

From 321 Townsend,  East Maryville  - Follow Lamar Alexander past Blount Memorial Hospital and  Maryville College,  turn LEFT on to Montvale Rd,  then RIGHT on to Montvale Station Rd, then park is approximately 1/2 mile on the RIGHT.

 

From 321 Lenoir City, Friendsville -  Follow 321 all the way through town, just past the BROADWAY intersection, turn RIGHT on to Montvale Rd, then RIGHT on to Montvale Station Rd..park is approximately 1/2 mile on the RIGHT.

 

From Oak Ridge, Knoxville - Take Pellissippi Parkway to the airport, and follow directions from there.
